Domanda di Visto Elettronico (E-VISA)

A partire dal 1° novembre 2022, l’Ambasciata Reale di Thailandia a Roma ha introdotto il sistema di richiesta del visto elettronico (e-Visa). I richiedenti devono presentare la domanda e i documenti esclusivamente online tramite il sito web:

https://thaievisa.go.th

Tutte le procedure relative alla richiesta del visto, compreso il pagamento, si svolgono online. Pertanto, non è più necessario consegnare il passaporto presso l’Ambasciata.
Una volta approvato il visto, il richiedente riceverà una notifica via e-mail e potrà scaricare e stampare autonomamente il documento che attesta l'approvazione del visto.

L’Ambasciata NON può modificare i dati personali inseriti nella domanda.

Si consiglia ai richiedenti di leggere attentamente il manuale utente o di guardare i video tutorial prima di iniziare la procedura di richiesta del visto.

* Tutti i titolari di documenti di viaggio italiani (rifugiati) devono richiedere il visto prima di recarsi in Thailandia.

Applying for E-VISA

From 1 November 2022, the Royal Thai Embassy in Rome has launched an e-Visa application. Applicants are required to submit their documents online through the website

https://thaievisa.go.th

Applicants are required to submit their visa application through the e-Visa system: https://thaievisa.go.th. All visa processes and payments are done through the online system; therefore, submission of a passport at the Embassy is not required. Once the visa is approved, the applicant will be notified by email, and the proof of visa approval can be downloaded and printed out by the applicant themselves.

The Embassy CANNOT edit your personal details for you.

Applicants are advised to thoroughly read the user's manual or watch the user's manual video clips before the start of the application process.

* All Italian travel documents (Refugee) must apply for the visa before travelling to Thailand.

Processing Time

UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS (UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS DURING HIGH SEASON)

• Applicants are recommended to apply for the visa in advance, at least 15 days before the expected date of arrival.
• Do not apply for a visa earlier than 3 months (90 days) before you arrive in Thailand.
• Applicants are advised to read the common mistakes to avoid any possible mistakes, which could lead to the cancellation or rejection of their applications. Application processing fees (visa fees) will NOT be refunded in all cases.
