5. Prova finanziaria che dimostri un deposito fisso non inferiore a 3.000.000 THB oppure non inferiore a 1.800.000 THB con un reddito mensile che totalizzi almeno 1.200.000 THB all’anno, depositati in una banca thailandese situata in Thailandia (ad esempio, estratti conto bancari degli ultimi tre mesi).
6. Certificato medico rilasciato dal paese in cui viene presentata la domanda, che attesti l’assenza di malattie proibitive come indicato nel Regolamento Ministeriale n. 14 (B.E. 2535) (il certificato deve avere una validità non superiore a tre mesi).
7. Certificato di assicurazione (Foreign Insurance Certificate) come stabilito dall'Ufficio della Commissione Assicurativa e dall’Assicurazione Sanitaria della Thailandia, compilato, firmato e timbrato dalla compagnia assicurativa. Il modulo può essere scaricato da: https://longstay.tgia.org
8. Assicurazione sanitaria emessa da un assicuratore thailandese o straniera con una copertura ambulatoriale di almeno 40.000 THB e per ricovero di almeno 400.000 THB

The applicant must be a national of one of the following countries:

Required Documents to upload to the system :

1. Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document
2. Photograph taken within the last six months
3. Document indicating current location
4. Travel booking confirmation
5. Financial evidence with a fixed deposit of no less than 3,000,000 THB or no less than 1,800,000 THB, together with a monthly income of no less than 1,200,000 THB per year in a Thai bank located in Thailand (e.g., bank statements for the last three months, proof of earnings)
6. A medical certificate issued in the country where the application is submitted, showing no prohibitive diseases as specified in the Ministerial Regulation No. 14 (B.E. 2535). The certificate must be valid for no more than three months.
7. Foreign Insurance Certificate, as stipulated by the Office of Insurance Commission and Health Insurance of Thailand, must be completed, signed, and stamped by the insurance company. The form can be downloaded from https://longstay.tgia.org.
8. Health insurance issued by an insurer in Thailand, with an outpatient benefit of no less than 40,000 THB and an inpatient benefit of no less than 400,000 THB.
9. Certificate of criminal record clearance from the country of nationality. (In case the applicants have permanent residence in another country, the aforementioned document is required from both the country of nationality and the country of permanent residence.)
