Per soggiornare con familiare Thailandese (per un periodo superiore a 60 giorni)

I titolari di passaporto ordinario che desiderano soggiornare con un familiare thailandese, possono richiedere il visto di tipo Non-Immigrante “O” nei seguenti casi :

• Coniuge di cittadino thailandese
• Figli di cittadino thailandese (minori di 20 anni)
• Figlio adottivo legalmente di cittadino thailandese (minori di 20 anni)
• Genitore di cittadino thailandese (se il figlio ha meno di 20 anni).

2. Fototessera recente
3. Documento che indichi la posizione corrente
4. Conferma della prenotazione del viaggio
5. Prova finanziaria che dimostri un reddito mensile non inferiore a 40.000 THB oppure un saldo disponibile di almeno 400.000 THB, ad esempio estratti conto bancari
6. Documento d’identità del familiare, ad esempio: carta d’identità, passaporto e pagina del visto in Thailandia
7. Copia del certificato di matrimonio / certificato di nascita / certificato di adozione.

Per soggiornare con familiare NON Thailandese (per un periodo superiore a 60 giorni)

7. Copia del certificato di matrimonio / certificato di nascita / certificato di adozione.

Pensione (pensionati di età pari o superiore a 50 anni per soggiorni in Thailandia non superiori a 90 giorni)

Il titolare di questo tipo di visto può soggiornare in Thailandia per un periodo massimo di 90 giorni.

Qualsiasi tipo di attività lavorativa è severamente vietato.

• I richiedenti devono avere almeno 50 anni di età.

Il titolare di questo tipo di visto può soggiornare in Thailandia per un periodo massimo un anno.

Qualsiasi tipo di attività lavorativa è severamente vietato.

• I richiedenti devono avere almeno 50 anni di età.
• Per gli stranieri che soggiornano in Thailandia con questo tipo di visto, devono presentarsi presso un ufficio immigrazione ogni 90 giorni.

6. Certificato medico rilasciato dal paese in cui viene presentata la domanda, che attesti l’assenza di malattie proibitive come indicato nel Regolamento Ministeriale n. 14 (B.E. 2535) (il certificato deve avere una validità non superiore a tre mesi).
7. Certificato di assicurazione (Foreign Insurance Certificate) come stabilito dall'Ufficio della Commissione Assicurativa e dall’Assicurazione Sanitaria della Thailandia, compilato, firmato e timbrato dalla compagnia assicurativa. Il modulo può essere scaricato da: https://longstay.tgia.org
8. Assicurazione sanitaria emessa da un assicuratore thailandese o straniera con una copertura assicurativa non inferiore a 100.000 USD o 3.000.000 THB, incluso il COVID-19
9. Certificato del casellario giudiziale del paese in cui viene presentata la domanda.

To stay with Thai family residing in Thailand (more than 60 days)

Ordinary passport holders wishing to stay with a family who is a Thai national in the following circumstances can apply for the Non-Immigrant type O Visa.

• Spouse of a Thai national 
• Children of a Thai national (age must be under 20 years old)
• Legally adopted child of a Thai national (age must be under 20 years old)
• Parent of a Thai national Applicant has no age restriction if the child is under 20 years old.

3. Document indicating current location
4. Travel booking confirmation
5. Financial evidence showing a monthly income of no less than 40,000 THB or having the current balance of 400,000 THB, e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings

To stay with NON Thai family residing in Thailand (more than 60 days)

7. Proof of relationship to a family in Thailand, e.g. A copy of a marriage certificate/birth certificate/certificate of adoption

Retirement (pensioner aged 50 or above with a state pension who wishes to stay in Thailand for no longer than 90 days)

The holder of this type of visa is allowed to stay in Thailand for 90 days.

Employment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

• Applicants applying for a Non-Immigrant O visa for retirement purposes must be at least 50 years of age and above.

A holder of this type of visa is allowed to stay in Thailand for 1 year.

Employment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

• Applicants applying for a Non-Immigrant O-A visa for retirement purposes must be at least 50 years of age and above.
• For foreigners staying in Thailand with this type of visa, notification of stay every 90 days with the immigration bureau is required.

2. Photograph taken within the last six months
3. Proof of permanent residence in the country where the application is submitted
4. Travel booking confirmation
5. Financial evidence showing a monthly income of not less than 65,000 THB or having the current balance of 800,000 THB, e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings
6. A medical certificate issued from the country where the application is submitted, showing no prohibitive diseases as indicated in the Ministerial Regulation No.14 (B.E. 2535) (certificate shall be valid for not more than three months)
7. Foreign Insurance Certificate as stipulated by the Office of Insurance Commission and Health Insurance of Thailand, which must be completed, signed, and stamped by the insurance company. The form can be downloaded from https://longstay.tgia.org
8. Health Insurance issued by a Thai or foreign insurer for general illnesses, including COVID-19, with the insured sum of no less than 100,000 USD or 3,000,000 THB
9. Certificate of criminal record clearance, the country where the application is submitted
